Tom Flanders, NSW Aboriginal Education Consultative Group Inc

Tom Flanders is the Vice President of the NSW Aboriginal Education Consultative Group (NSW AECG). The NSW AECG Inc. is an Aboriginal community-based organisation made up of volunteer members who are involved in Local and Regional AECGs throughout NSW. The NSW AECG Inc. is recognised as the principal source of advice on behalf of Aboriginal communities on issues relating to education and training.

Sharon Cooke, the Aboriginal Education Coordinator from the Armidale Catholic Schools Office, talks about the partnership with Show Me The Way. The Armidale CSO provides educational, administrative, ICT, industrial, financial and employment services and support for the 24 Catholic primary and secondary schools spread across the second largest diocese by area in New South Wales.
